Typically the 'coachee' will undertake three to six sessions with the coach over a period of two to three months. Each session will conclude with a list of practical actions agreed between the coach and 'coachee'. Where appropriate we will use a variety of psychometric questionnaires in order to accelerate the learning process.

All are business psychologists with a range of approaches. These include expertise in Gestalt, NLP, Transactional Analysis, and Sports Psychology, to name but a few.

Our coaching can be stand alone or in conjunction with any training that an individual is undergoing. Many of our programmes have coaching elements built into the structure of the course.
